Sweater Weather; 2026 New York Sheep & Wool Pre-Order - SHIP IN JANUARY

2026 NYSW Show Color: SWEATER WEATHER 

This is my show color for New York Sheep & Wool Festival, 2026. I never can tell how much of a show color to dye up for a show, and I always dye WAY TOO MUCH or WAY TO LITTLE, so I'm offering up the show color as a pre-order that people can buy now and pick up at the festival - OR have it shipped directly to those of you who aren't able to make it to the festival this year but would still like to enjoy this color and knit vicariously ;)

The self striping option for this color is one stripe of cloudy skies (4-5 rows) and one stripe of fall leaves (4-5 rows) and a 20g mini of Cider Donuts as the heel/toe contrast color, or you can purchase a three color set and get 50g of each of the 3 colors used in the stripes sets.

There are two listings for this color; this listing is for SHIPPING TO YOU and WILL NOT SHIP until January 2027; I'm dyeing all the orders for show pick up and shipping at the same time, but I won't be back in the studio until November and won't be able to get the stripes reskeined or the half skeins twisted and tagged until after my holiday rush. I'm really hoping to ship these pre-orders before January, but I don't want to make promises...

50g Half Skeins Set: 

• Charles Merino: 80% sw merino, 20% nylon; 200 yds/50g (x3 colors = 600 yds per set)
• William DK: 75% sw merino, 25% nylon; 123 yds/50g (x3 colors = 369 yds per set)
